Warranty on all autoloader mechanisms except CD-R drives
Ninety Day Limited Warranty on CD-R Drives and Printers Excluding
Consumables
Autoloader System:
The CopyPro autoloader system, excluding CD-R recorders are warranted
on a limited basis to be free from manufacturing defect for a
period of one year from the date of purchase. Autoloader mechanism,
enclosure, power supply, controller card, CPU, hard disk drives,
low-speed floppy disk drive, CD reader, high speed SCSI controller
cards, supplied cables, and software are included. These components
(if originally provided by CopyPro) are warranted on a limited
basis to be free from manufacturing defect for a period of one
year from the date of purchase. Any service (labor) and parts
covered by the warranty will be provided at no charge for one
year.
CD-R drives, printer:
These components (if originally provided by CopyPro) are warranted
on a limited basis to be free from manufacturing defects for
a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Any service (labor)
and parts covered by the warranty will be provided at no charge
for ninety days. Print heads, printer ribbons, and printer ink
cartridges are consumable components sold as is and
not covered by this warranty.
Exclusions:
Any damage to the CopyPro product caused by misuse, neglect,
modification, unintended operation, shipping accidents, or shipping
damage are not covered by the warranty. CopyPro makes no other
warranties or representations, either expressed or implied with
respect to your CopyPro product or documentation, its quality,
merchantability performance or fitness for a particular purpose
as a result, this CopyPro product is sold with only the standard
warranty described herein, and you, the owner, are assuming all
other risks as to its quality and performance. In no event will
CopyPro or its developers, directors, officers employees or affiliates
be liable for direct, incidental, indirect, special or consequential
damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business
interruptions, loss of business information and the like) resulting
from any defect in this product or its documentation or arising
out of the use of or inability to use the product or accompanying
documentation. CopyPro makes no representation or warranty regarding
the results obtainable through use of the product. No oral or
written information or advice given by CopyPro or its authorized
dealers, distributors, agents, affiliates, developers, directors
or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the
scope of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of implied warranties or liabilities for incidental
or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions have special statutory
consumer protection provisions which may supersede this limitation.
As a result, this limitation of liability may not apply to you
if prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. This warranty
does not cover any damage which may occur during shipment to
you from the distributor / reseller. This warranty only covers
the original purchaser of the equipment and is not transferable.
Service:
CopyPro will provide depot service for warranty repairs
or service. This service will be provided at the CopyPro factory
in Concord, California.
All shipments of items to CopyPro
for repair must be marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA) provided by CopyPro Service Department. No equipment
will be accepted by CopyPro without an RMA. No equipment will
be accepted by CopyPro for refund. All equipment must be
insured for the full retail price of the equipment. Shipping
damage is the responsibility of the customer or the customers
agent. CopyPro has no liability for any shipping damage whatsoever.
All warranty repair
shipment of equipment to CopyPro must be in original packaging
including foam inserts and shipping containers. All equipment
must be insured for the full retail price of the equipment.
Damage or loss of equipment shipped to CopyPro for any reason
is the responsibility of the customer. Shipment of equipment
in unsuitable packaging may result in damage to equipment and
will void all warranties. Additional or replacement packaging
can be provided by CopyPro customer service at a nominal cost.
Shipping Policy:
During the warranty period, customers may return the product
for repairs to CopyPro, Inc. freight prepaid. Any service or
parts covered by the warranty will be provided at no charge.
UPS ground freight charges for shipment to the customer within
the USA shall be paid by CopyPro, Inc. Expedited or air shipment
costs will be borne by the customer.
International Shipping
Policy:
All international shipments or any expedited shipment charges
shall be prepaid by the customer. International shipments must
be made via Federal Express, United Parcel Service or DHL to
expedite customs clearance. International shipments to CopyPro
for service by any other method will result in USA customs charges
and customs brokerage fees that must be paid by the customer.
Any international shipments must be accompanied by correct paper
work indicating that the product is of USA origin and manufacture
and is being returned for repair or service under warranty.
I understand and agree to the above
warranty. In addition, I understand I am ordering products directly
from CopyPro, Inc. and not from Vena Consulting Incorporated
(VCI). VCI is only providing the information on their website,
the appropriate order forms and proper routing of my order as
a service to CopyPro.
