Training Center's

The show will take place in our "non horse" indoor arena. The floor is a packed dirt/clay so dust is minimal. The arena is heated.

General Rules:
1. There is a limit of 40 models per stable
2. ALL ENTRIES are due by November___th. Entries received after November ___th will have a fee increase of $5.
3. All fees must be paid in full by show date.
4. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the barn or arena. No animals are allowed unless they are plastic :)
5. Setup begins at 7:00 a.m. Show will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m.
6. Any relative of a judge is ineligible to show in any division.
7. Tags: Side 1 - Model's Breed and Gender
Side 2 - Model's Name and Owner's assigned initials

Fees include a lunch which will include hot dog, chips, unlimited beverages, and a dessert. Please let me know if you are vegetarian and I will make arrangements (I'm a vegetarian myself!) Soda will be available for purchase for the remainder of the day. Optional food for purchace Pizza and Hamburgers

Awards:
All classes flats 1st - 6th.
Champion/Reserves will receive rosettes.
Class Limits: 2 horses per class in performance, 3 horses per class in halter

General Halter Class Rules:
1. All Classes - handlers not allowed
2. Touched-up models, RRH Models, Artist Resins, and Original Sculptures to show in CM Division

General Performance Class Rules:
1. All Classes - model must have a card next to the model indicating what the model is doing. Riders and handlers are optional. Appropriate tack is required.
2. English/Western Trail, Hunter/Jumper, Games - Appropriate obstacles required.
3. Dressage - Card must state level and movement
4. Harness - Appropriate harness required, cart and driver optional
5. Parade/Costume - Please state type and period of costume on card
6. Cattle Work - Calf/Calves required

Championships: To qualify for a championship the horse must have placed first or second in the applicable classes. PLEASE LISTEN -- Champs will be awarded throughout the day. Champions will be determined by A) Total point value of applicable classes and B) a judge's inspection of the horse's performance in his classes. PLEASE be prepared for the champ callbacks with a card listing the model's placings in which classes -- the judges will need to see this!

A Note About Showmanship: It is expected that all show attendees, whether guests, sellers, showers, stewards, or judges will exhibit good showmanship qualities at all times. Please take up any concerns with the show secretary. When a judge and the stewards are attending to a class, please do not disturb them. All judge's decisions are final.

A Note About AKF: Arabian Knights Farms is a boarding and training facility for Arabian and Saddlebred show horses. Please do not feed any of the horses, or put hands in stalls. Some of the horse's are young, and we do not want any injured fingers! Weather and time permitting there will be a presentation of Arabian horses during lunch where you will be encouraged to meet some of our prized horses.
